«I consider myself a self-taught artist, my beginnings date back to an early age following the canons of the artists of my country, «realism».
«As time went by, I felt the need, like any other artist, to explore, to create. This leads me to the study of other artists that I discovered through the net, artists that had emerged with strength, something different to what I was used to see. I feel influenced by the same (Álvaro Castagnet, José Zbukvic) great masters, but sometimes it’s a matter of chance or, why not, fate. Being selected along with great artists in the IV International Biennial of New Techniques in watercolour of Caudete 2017 (Albacete), this produces in me a drastic change, Antonio Requena Solera, had seen in me, qualities that in turn encourages me to continue working looking for my own style, something different from the usual. This was really the turning point in my artistic career. My first individual collective exhibitions made me continue to investigate, studying other great masters such as the Neo Yornkino Paul Sibol, who had aroused all my interest; for me it was a guiding thread. Allowing me to keep changing and at the same time creating my own technique. There is a compendium of situations or people who have been and are important in my artistic career, encouraging me to continue, giving me their support or opportunities to share projects, Biennial of Caudete, Biennial of the 50 m, collective and individual exhibitions, are part of their stimulus and creativity».
